Vintage Konsolenwerkbank, 1950er

An antique woodturning workbench, its metal tools removed for restoration and its new purpose.
Made of solid oak, we love the overall patina – the color, the wood grain, the old marks from its previous life…
The legs are directly fitted into the seat, ensuring ideal sturdiness.
The substantial 6 cm thickness of the seat/top gives the piece a certain quality.
The curved shape in the center of the bench allows the craftsman to sit astride it.
This bench would be perfect as a side table, high bench, footstool, or for any other use.
Fully restored, sanded, treated, stained, and varnished, this bench is ready to be a part of your home.
