Small Antique Farmhouse Console Table, 1890s

with its turned legs, simple silhouette, and time-worn patina, this small antique farmhouse console table embodies all the charm of late 19th-century French provincial furniture. Its compact size makes it easy to place in an entryway, kitchen, living room, or even as an accent piece in a bedroom.

Materials: Solid pine with a beautiful natural patina in warm tones. Its thick top and robust frame attest to a piece of furniture designed to last.

Features: This small antique console table was originally a dressing table. It rests on two turned legs at the front, typical of late 19th-century country furniture, and two straight legs at the back. It has a drawer in the apron, practical for everyday storage, as well as a lower shelf that provides both stability and functionality.

Restoration: The console table was lightly sanded to remove dirt without removing its patina. It was then washed and left in its natural wood finish.
